Just go away please..

Sick for the fourth day already. My fever just wouldn't go away. My body couldn't take all the 5 type of medicine ( 7 capsules ) I have to take at one go everytime and I have to bear with a few hours of nauseous feeling after taking it. I can't even stand for more than 10mins this morning.

Help.
